Christian Comforting Ministries International requires contributions to be irrevocable to qualify for a charitable deduction. A donation to Christian Comforting Ministries International is, like all charitable donations, not refundable. Christian Comforting Ministries International may consider (in its absolute discretion) a refund if the donation was made accidentally or in some other extremely unusual circumstance if Christian Comforting Ministries International receives a written request within 48 hours of the donation. Christian Comforting Ministries International will never issue a refund after the donated funds have been granted to a project. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so you should shred it.

It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity. You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail) via email at info@christiancomforting.org:

B. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work;

D. Your address, telephone number, and email address;

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
